All attractions subject to temporary closure during your visit. No refunds of GC VIP admission will be accepted. Priority Queuing is never guaranteed and may change depending on the day or an attractions operation. 1. If I have general admission, can I still purchase GC VIP perks?

Yes, while you are in the park, visit a VIP Kiosk to upgrade your general tickets to GC VIP privileges. Your price will be calculated based on the VIP tier you choose and the day. 

2. How does the Priority Seating for shows work?

Beginning 1 hour before showtime, the Priority Seating sections will open for guests visiting with VIP Gold and VIP Deluxe Admission. You will have to scan your tickets at the entrance to each seating section, so make sure all guests in your party have their tickets on them. 

3. How do I know which rides I can use my VIP ticket for?

A list of all our attractions with priority queuing is available above, additionally, attractions with priority queuing will be marked with a yellow P on the park guide map and will have the Priority Queue labeled with a GC-VIP sign. 

4. What if I have the Priority Bronze only ticket and want to go on a ride more than once?

Although the Bronze Tier Ticket is limited to one use per ride, you can purchase additional uses for an extra charge at any VIP Kiosk. You can also utilize the General Queue or Single Rider's Queue for no additional charge.

5. What if I lose my paper VIP ticket?

When you scan your admission tickets at the park entrance, your VIP tickets will be printed automatically. If you lose your tickets you can have them reprinted free-of-charge at any GC VIP kiosk or Guest Services. Additionally, the GC RESORT mobile app features digital ticketing for your convenience, simply scan your tickets using the app once you have entered the park and then they can be accessed within the app.

6. How can I ride a second time with Priority Silver?

Unlike the VIP Gold and Deluxe tickets, the Priority Silver features restrictions on multiple uses per ride. Once you enter the park, you are free to use your Priority Silver ticket on any rides, however you can only use it once per ride until after 3PM. After 3PM, you may begin using it again on any ride for unlimited uses, however you must wait 15 minutes in between each use.

Priority Queue Access

Scan your ticket at any GC-VIP queue entrance within applicable attractions. Depending on your ticket, you may have one or more uses at each priority queue. Once your ticket is scanned and approved, you may enter the priority queue for a shorter wait-time than posted at the attraction's standby entrance.

Priority Seating

For our live entertainment and nighttime spectaculars, GC-VIP guests with Gold and Deluxe tickets can enter our priority seating areas for a better view of the show without the hassle of reserving a seat. Priority seating areas open 1-hour before showtime. 

VIP Lounges

Our exclusive VIP lounges featured comfortable indoor seating away from theme park crowds. Vending machines, water refill stations, and complimentary WIFI are also available. GC-VIP guests with Gold and Deluxe tickets can access our VIP lounges by scanning their tickets at the entrance. Lounge space is first-come first-serve and some lounges may be closed or unavailable during your visit. To find VIP lounges, use a park guide map or the GC RESORT mobile app.

Preferred Parking

Although GC-VIP day tickets do not include free parking, showing a GC-VIP ticket at the parking booth will grant guests discounted general parking or discounted preferred parking. Guests with VIP Deluxe Annual Passports get free general parking in Adventure Lot.
