Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed inside Adventure Park or City-Shop

• Weapons and sharp objects including pocket knives and glass-breakers

• Hazardous materials or substances

• Props, toy weapons, or sports equipment

• No outside food or drink unless sealed in original packaging

• Alcohol, drugs (including CBD enriched substances or marijuana)

• Selfie sticks or tripods

• Paint, graffiti markers, or other marking tools

• Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, roller-skates, roller-blades 

  • note: bike locks are available at all Resort Drop-Off locations

General Guidelines

• All guests must adhere to our dress-code (see below)

• Children should not be left unattended 

• All guests must have valid identification and park admission to enter Adventure Park

• All guests muss pass our security checkpoints before entering the Entrance Plaza

• Guests who are heavily intoxicated will be removed from resort property

• To preserve immersion, playing of loud music or video in guest areas is prohibited

Security and Medical Emergencies

• Report all security concerns to the nearest cast member

• If you or a member of your party are experience a medical emergency, alert the nearest cast member

• For non-emergency medical needs, visit the First Aid office on Adventure Boulevard

• If a member of your party is lost, alert a member of our Guest Ambassador team or guest services more informaton

Attraction Safety

• Remain seated at all times while experiencing an attraction

• Keep your hands, arms, feet, and legs inside of attraction vehicles at all times

• Follow all instructions provided by attraction operators

• Do not touch costume characters or attraction props

• Read and follow all posted guidelines for each attraction

• Remove all hats and loose articles prior to experiencing roller-coasters

• Never exit a vehicle while it is in motion or while restraints are engaged

• Parents must supervise children

For Injured Guests or Expectant Mothers

• It is not recommended for injured/ recovering guests with recent medical history or expectant mothers to experience the following attractions due to unexpected and intense forces and movement:

  • • Touch the Sky

    • Ride the Beat: Waveriders

    • Tomb of the Emperor's Curse

    • Space Jump

    • Old Yander's Mine Train

    • Mission 12

    • Flight of the Dragon

    • Crusader

Dress Code

• No private areas may be exposed due to small or otherwise revealing apparel 

• Guests must remain fully clothed at all times including shirt and shoes

• Bikini tops and/ or bottoms are not allowed unless visiting a hotel pool

• Costume masks are not allowed unless otherwise posted for an event

• Clothing with provocative or inappropriate wording or designs cannot be worn 

Smoking and Vaping

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere except in areas designated with clear signage and proper disposal receptacles

• Vaping or use of wax pens is not permitted except in designated areas

• Never dispose of lit cigarettes onto the ground or non-designated trash receptacles, this can result in fire and removal from the resort

• Smoking is not permitted in hotel rooms or restrooms

Service Animals

Adventure Park

• Pets are not allowed in Adventure Park

  • Exception for MC-Certified Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only)

  • Must be checked-in at Guest Services

• Service Animals are not permitted on most attractions unless otherwise posted (accommodations will be provided)

City-Shop

• Only MC-Certified service animals are permitted at City-Shop

Hotels

• Only MC-Certified service animals are permitted at resort hotels

• Exception for guests who purchase Special Animal Accommodations

Live Entertainment and Shows

• Shoulder-Sitting is not allowed

• Please do not yell at or touch our actors and show pieces

• Please be mindful of guests around you while enjoying shows

• Do not play music or loud media during shows, and please step away from show spaces to take calls

• Videos or audio recorded of our live shows may not be used for profit unless under a media license from Globe-City Entertainment LLC.

Additional Guidelines

• Skateboards, scooters, roller-skates, and bikes are not allowed inside theme parks or City-Shop

• Please be mindful of other guests

• Vandalism, Violence, or other malicious activity towards guests or employees will result in removal from resort property with no refund of admission or lodging
