All rentals including wheelchairs and strollers are provided on a first-come first-serve basis and may be unavailable during your visit.
Wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles are available for rent at City-Hall in the Adventure Park entrance plaza (take a left after entering the park through the turnstiles).
Standard Wheelchairs cost $15 to rent with a refundable deposit of $35
Electric Convenience Vehicles cost $45 to rent with a refundable deposit of $100
All damages caused to Resort Accessibility Equipment may result in additional charges.
Guests with wheelchairs and ECVs or who otherwise may have a difficult time standing in long queues can visit Guest Services in the Entrance Plaza to receive an Accessible Queueing Card.
Accessible Queuing Cards allow guests to bypass the stand-by queue and instead utilize a return time for each attraction which will reflect that attraction's posted wait time.
Due to high demand, AQC's may be denied to some guests depending on applicability. More information is available at guest services.

Wheelchairs and ECVs cannot be removed from the park
All rentals must be returned to City-Hall before exiting Adventure Park through the turnstiles.
Can I leave the park with a rented Wheelchair or ECV
Unfortunately, all wheelchairs and ECVs rented within Adventure Park must be returned to City-Hall before leaving the park through the turnstiles.
Can I use cash to rent a wheelchair or ECV
You may use cash to pay for your wheelchair or ECV. Payment must include the deposit which may be refunded in cash as well upon returning your rental.

Boardwalk (Near Touch the Sky entrance)
Cosmic Center (east of Mission 12)
City-Shop
Near Restrooms at the north entrance
North Esplanade
Located on the west side of the Adventure Park entrance behind the esplanade restrooms
Generally, small and medium lockers rent for $2 per hour with a maximum charge of $10
Large lockers rent for $4 per hour with a maximum charge of $18
A credit or debit card must be provided prior to renting your locker, however the card will not be charged until after you have ended your rental. Cash may be used however full amount ($10 - $18) must be provided prior to rental.
You may return to your locker at any time without ending your rental however your balance will increase on an hourly basis from the beginning of your rental to when you end your rental using the locker kiosk. You are not charged additionally for opening your locker during your rental.
Items left in lockers later than 1 hour after park closing will be confiscated and sent to the Resort Lost and Found.
Confiscated items can be collected at the Resort Lost and Found. You may contact Guest Services at (312) 872 2212 for information on the Lost and Found and to inquire about confiscated items.
Guests will be charged the full cost of rental upon having their rentals terminated.
Lockers are only available during park hours.
How do I access my stored items?
Simply enter the pin you set when you began your rental into the keypad on your locker. After accessing your items, close the locker door and turn the knob to the "locked" position. DO NOT use the rental kiosk to open your locker, this will end your rental and you will have to start another rental to use your locker again.
What if I forget the PIN I set for my locker?
Approach a Locker attendant. They will ask you to provide your locker number and a brief description of the items within the locker before opening it. If an attendant is not present, you may call Guest Services at (312) 872 2212 and an attendant will be sent to your location. Important Note: If your locker is opened by an attendant, your rental will be terminated and your account charged for the hours rented. If you require the locker again, you will have to start a new rental.
Can I rent a locker using cash?
Yes, however you must pay the full rental amount ($10 to $18) with cash at the rental kiosk.
How long can I store items in a locker?
Items can only be stored during park hours. Items left in lockers 1 hour after park closing will be confiscated and sent to the Resort Lost and Found.
What if I leave Adventure Park with items still in a locker?
If you leave Adventure Park past closing and realize you have left items in a locker, call Guest Services at (312) 872 2212 and they will have your items ready for pickup at the Resort Lost and Found within 4 hours.
