Our Staff

Gateway to Early Learning values having a staff with credentials, experience, and passion. Our team consists of 5 dedicated professionals who continue to further their education within the profession. We have a culmination of various areas of expertise among our group of teachers, from early childhood development to infant development. Our staff understands the importance of Early Childhood Education and it's impact on a child's educational career throughout their entire time in school. We strive to create a strong learning foundation for our students while also ensuring each child is developing key social emotional skills before they set off to Kindergarten. 

With our staff, you will find that each employee is CPR/Infant First Aid Certified, has cleared an FBI Federal Background Check, and has completed mandatory state licensing training. 

In addition to these credentials, the program Director has an Associates of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education from Western University paired with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Great Falls University. Along with 13 years of experience working closely within the Valley's Head Start Program as a Family Advocate, Jessica brings great expertise and quality care to the program.
