Compassion

I have always been able to make great connections with students and maintain close relationships with them long after graduation. I believe this has been a result of showing true compassion and kindness to students throughout my career. Everything counts, from just being a good listener when they want to talk about their problems during lunch hour, to taking them on trips to the other side of the world.
