Heighington Art Group
We meet every Friday afternoon 1.30 - 4.30 in the Kitchen at Thomas Garrett Heritage Rooms.
We have 12 people in the group: not everyone comes every week, but there are usually 8-10 of us there. People use different mediums but the majority use watercolours.
When I can arrange it we have a visiting artist to do a workshop. We do not have a teacher so we try to help each other.

We had a stall at Heighington Christmas Market and sold notecards that I had printed
from original art work done by the group which we displayed on our stall.
A few weeks ago three of the members of this group entered a Competition organised by The Lincolnshire Churches Trust.
The Subject : a Lincolnshire church and its immediate surroundings, in whole, or part, interior, or in its landscape.
The artwork could be in any medium.
