After using ruby-related products, the quantity may be displayed as negative when requesting a refund.
Once the refund request is approved, the amount of goods will be deducted from the account as much as the refund amount.
Usually, if you try to make a purchase and the order is canceled, the actual amount will not be charged.
For credit cards, Google Play allows you to temporarily place an "approval reservation" on your credit card for that amount. This reservation will be automatically canceled after time, so you don't have to worry.
In addition, automatic cancellation of purchases usually occurs when a billing address or name registered in a Google wallet does not match your credit card.
You need to contact your bank to check the details or to see if the information matches in Google Play's "Payment Method."
After purchasing, if you wait a little, the item will come in normally.
Please be careful because there is a risk of overlapping purchases when repurchasing.
If it took a long time after purchase, please attach a screenshot of the order receipt and contact our support team.
The transaction ID must be verified in the screenshot of the order receipt.
Also, you need an account ID when you receive mail support. Account ID has text located at the bottom of the in-game settings window.

You can enter the coupon number on the in-game main screen → [Settings] icon → [Enter Coupon] menu.
The coupon number is case sensitive, so please use it carefully!
