Perspectives on Poetry (Journaling)

I have linked this series of quests under both "Perspectives and Worldview" and "Heavy Hitters."

The reason for this is that these activities teach you a LOT about literary devices, poetry, and how people can shape language to a desired end. They also have you explore how YOU react to the poems, and how your perspective changes how you interpret them.

You could argue that these journal activities meet any number of the Big Ideas for this course. I highly recommend you complete some (or all) of them.

If you're feeling ambitious, you could create your own journaling activity, which I will post here (anonymously if you desire) as a quest for other students to complete.
