You’ll notice that your car has a health bar, just like a player. Once you get hit with a missile or something it will take some of the health away from your car. You can increase your car’s health by upgrading it or by using power-ups you collect while playing.

You won’t be able to upgrade your vehicle right away though, as you need cash to do so. At the start of every match, you will be given $500 and your goal for each match is to earn as much money as possible by beating missions and killing pedestrians.

The more you kill and the higher your score, the better cars you can buy with your money. As all cars have certain qualities of performance, it pays to spend wisely on cars.
