WHAT DO WE DO?
We research reports and analyze the National, Regional and Civilizational census and drivers of power. As explained elsewhere in the tables of contents on the subject, we report on four sources of power, four spaces of power and four-time periods in which sources spaces and drivers of power engage with each to produce what we might define as the Dynamic of International Relations in a globalized world. For short we might also call it Global IR. The Barometer is an effective information tool to promote Global IR.
WHOM DO WE ADDRESS?
Our target audience group companies’ college and university level students teachers and researchers. The user of this tool benefits the most once they are oriented in its use by teachers already initiated its use. Beyond an elementary initiation, the users of this Barometer learn the most through the ‘learning by doing method.
