The Black Light served as an ongoing column that provided members of the Black Student Society (BSS) with the platform to reflect, share experiences, and express concerns. Select excerpts below share students' reflections on their experiences as African American students at Reinhardt and in Canton. Members of the BSS also used the column to express their appreciation and gratitude to members of the University administration for their support of the Africa American student body.
