Leave Procedures
Leave Procedures from campus:
The Academy is closed for the major breaks/ holidays during the academic year: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break (2017 – 2018 school/program calendar). When a student is departing campus, they must have signed out and state location along with have parent approval form signed given permission.
While students are required to remain on campus during the day. If they are a senior they can leave campus for lunch and return.
1. All requests for leave must be submitted in writing to the appropriate receptionist with the organization.
2. If students are requesting to travel with or join another student’s family for when on the road they must have permission with parents and communicate this with the coaching staff. The request must be in the Wednesday before the event or game.
3. Permission for a student to leave with siblings must be submitted in writing by parents or guardians to the appropriate personnel before the Wednesday before the day student is looking to leave.
Parents Association:
Parent’s Association
The Fundamental Prep Academy Parent’s Association duty is to help assists in the implementation of the school’s mission and helps to organize and sponsor unique events for our students. It is a volunteer organization. However, this associations plans trips for couples retreat for the parents where they get to enjoy each other and enjoy life together without there children. We look for our group of parents to actively supports the organization and our efforts within the community, particularly through the annual Parents’ Days. We plan different type of opportunities for raising funds and building the company brand.
The association is led by the parents who serves as parent committee group Parent’s Association
The Fundamental Prep Academy Parent’s Association assists in the implementation of the school’s mission and helps to organize and sponsor the organization events for students. It is a volunteer organization. The group actively supports the school community, particularly through the annual Parents’ Days silent auction in the Spring. The association also organizes various teacher/staff appreciation activities.
The association is led by a parent who serves as president for one year and acts as a liaison between families and the school. Meetings are held during the Parents’ Days gathering in the Spring. Given the large geographic area served by the Academy, communication is facilitated via telephone, e-mail, personal letters, and articles in the school newsletter, The Arrow. for two year and acts as a liaison between families and the school the following year. The parents must sit out at least one year before they could come back as an officer with the association. Meetings are held during the Parents’ Days gathering twice in the fall, once in the winter and twice in the spring and once in June. in the Spring. Given the limited number of students at the Academy, is dedicated at producing a form of communication is facilitated via telephone, e-mail, personal letters, and articles in the school newsletter rained and organized by the parents.
