Mentor/ Leadership

Fundamentals Prep Academy has a Leadership Program which we strive to enhance student growth, build leaders, and better responsible young men. Leadership is not on a leader commanding but is based on service. The leadership program has been consistent with inspiring, being best role model, and since 2007 with the philosophy that exist with the program we are known as “to put the students first.” The objectives of this piece are to help improve the thinking pattern of followers and produce stronger mindset and make leaders. The program promotes responsibility to fellow students, peer appreciation for being the best leader they can be and promoting clean body, attitude, spirit and friendship. This leadership program is made up of community service, volunteering and project based. There is a paper that must be submitted which states how this person has grown as a student/athlete and how this program helped him. We encourage all our students to function in this leadership aspect and accept their roles. The goal is to produce better leaders and the best citizens of the community.

The Leadership Program provides development opportunities in five main leadership groups: Planning. Research, finding need, and solving problem. After successfully accomplishing this aspect they will graduate into an ambassadors’ role and lead the new comers. Welcome Stallions to the members club of yearly leadership award. Students participate in an interview and screening process to be selected for membership in the leadership program.
