F4S is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping students become better people, better citizens, and better prospects for college success. Fundamental 4 Success also provides opportunities for student-athletes to train and develop in basketball as well as academics.

Fundamental Prep Academy is a component of Fundamentals 4 Success. For as long F4S has been in existence, its foundation was built on tutoring student athletes and training in basketball. I guess what the program was growing to becoming was Fundamental Prep Academy. The growth of F4S after school program has continue to focus on academics and athletics and now its new addition to the program is Fundamental Prep Academy, where education and athletics meet at the start of the day.

Since 2005, Fundamentals IV Success has been a successful organization serving the upstate and inner city of Greenville,SC. Our mission is to give student and athletes of all income levels and at-risk students/athletes the tools and fundamentals to develop a healthy, positive, and successful life practices. We believe in a positive re-enforcing environment, where emphasizing those best-practices are utilized and the practice of eliminating excuses will produce success outcomes. F4S offers a student success curriculum that includes 4 fundamental areas: Education, Personal/Professional skill building, College/career preparation and Fundamental skills of Basketball. No matter the grade of skill level of the student, F4S provides a hands-on developmental approach to student growth in fundamental areas.

We envision an environment that promotes moral support, daily challenges, establishing a Christian belief foundation, empathetic practices, growth in accountability, and diversity. We believe in family and community support systems along with empowering our families while they are with the F4S/FPA program. Our intentions are to set goals/benchmarks based on the entry level of the individual student and their families to grow this relationship and transform practices that support success for our students.
