Metal Parts

This plate allows the saw-tooth to be mounted to the clamping collar which will hold it in place during rotation. This plate also acts as the cable pulling device in the system.

The mounting plate is probably the most complicated metal piece. This part is what allows our throttle limiting system to be mounted in the same plane, removing the bending moments.

The throttle lever is made of the pivot rail and the lever arm. Two holes were drilled at the top of the lever arm (left top) to mount the handle to.

The lever arm was also bent to approximately 45 degrees for driver comfort (right) and a hole was drilled at the bottom for the wires from the handle to be threaded into the casing.

The pivot rail was drilled at tapped for 1/4-20 screw to be used with a washer to keep the handle from sliding out.
