Meeting Minutes with Tractor Team

Jarred Givens and Mason Carrico attended the Quarter Scale Tractor Team meeting on Sept. 26. The two members were asked to discuss their plan with the throttle modifications by Tractor Team captain, Eric Vanzant. The modifications were discussed and Shawn O’Neal suggested we walk to the tractor to give new members an idea of what we were discussing specifically. Everyone made their way to the tractor where Mason discussed the plan of stabilizing the throttle arm with a caliper and guide rail as a rotor and changing the orientation of the throttle handle from vertical to horizontal. Following that Jarred discussed using clamps on a rail to reach a maximum speed set independently and the button functions on the current set up. Suggestions for button functions was asked for other than the current uses. This concluded our discussion with the tractor team.
