Buy vs Manufacture a Throttle Handle

When designing a part it is important to decide whether to buy or manufacture if the option to manufacture is a possibility. We had to make this decision when discussing the handle of the throttle lever. We based our decision to manufacture our own handle based on cost and design specifics.
