Featured Project: Chicken Coop measuring 8' Wide by 28' Long with a sloped roof with a high side 9'-0 AFG to low side 7'-4" AFG. This coop featured a storage area separated from the coop run area. All openings were covered by 1/4"Hardware steel sheeting woven at the joints to appear seamless. Hardware wire extended two feet below grade on all four sides and then extended 2' towards the middle of the run. This made the coop run and storage area impenetrable to subterranean, ground level and air predators keeping the chickens safe to be all the chicken they can be. All hardware was stainless steel, Roofing consisted of plywood sheathing double wrapped with roofing paper and then covered with red asphaltic roof panels. Roof also was two level at the transition from the run to the storage area. Chicken coop run came with such amenities as a swing, a ramp run, storage cubes and an operable wall panel to aid in cleaning the ground floor of the run. Door to storage room and door from storage room to run are lockable. Storage area floor is covered in pavers

Lovece Residence Alcove Viewing Deck 11.9.13Homeowner had a underutilized area of his patio deck that was set back in an alcove. With the perimeter wall being 4' tall when sitting in this alcove in his Adirondack chairs his view was completely Blocked. Since his residence is on the beach in Ormond by The Sea this ha become an untenable situation. We assembled a 15'Long X4' Wide decking area raised 16" which included a step area along the south side. We assembled the deck using two separate frames and left it freestanding so that if need be, it could be moved with ease. The step was assembled with angled support beams to make the view as uncluttered as possible. a railing was added along the east side utilizing 4X4 PT posts fastened by 4" angles with 5/4"X6 PT top rail and 2X4 PT bottom and mid-rail. The deck fit perfectly in the proposed area allowing it to seem like part of the original construction.
