Who was Florida Ruffin Ridley?
Florida (flor-EE-dah) Ruffin Ridley (1861-1943) was a civil rights leader, Harlem Renaissance writer, suffragist and more. Please visit the Hidden Brookline Website to learn more about this amazing women whom our school was named after!
