My Philosophy and beliefs were enacted by placing all my students as my first priority since they are the center of my focus. I have learned that children always have a bit of ideas about most new information but they struggle to find ways to translates those ideas to language or words that would be understood by others, exactly the important reason for teachers to utilize varieties of teaching methods, style and multiple resources to teach. My purpose is to contribute to helping children and families to building high and quality early support systems and to help guide the needs of students in a strong network of supportive adults, and how to build that desired tribe.
