Session Proposal
Communication is not limited to words. We use gestures, costumes, puppets, music, and many different modes to express our ideas to our audiences. One of the most profound techniques for relaying science concepts is visual demonstrations. Not only are they tremendously eye catching, but they allow the observer to see a phenomenon in its truest form. They can observe and consider what they have just seen through their own filter, untangled from the presenter’s point of view. Combine this immediacy with the technique of a discrepant event, and you have a powerful tool for creating long lasting memories.
