Session Proposal

In my work as a museum performer, I am normally very "verbose" and explain a lot. Some peformances, however, contained elements of non-verbal interaction which worked beautifully to achieve the desired effect (sadness, empathy, shock). I want to talk about these elements and what worked - or attempts to achieve a strong, non-verbal impression, that maybe didnt work. 

Professional Bio

Angela is an author and costumed live interpreter living in Speyer, Germany. 

She works mainly for museums, heritage sites and archives, for whom she devises, writes, directs, and sometimes performs, scripts about historical topics and personalities, spanning from the 1500s to the present day.

She also teaches courses for interpreters and writes scripts for audio guides and comic books. Her agency also offers English-speaking programmes and courses for heritage institutions abroad.
