This is my 2nd Environmental Protest Song, What Did You Know, and it is an ode to State of Michigan and USEPA Mgmt and Staff, as well as Wayne County and City of Wyandotte Council, who refuse after 40+ years to enforce or acknowledge the existence and reason for Court Orders filed to HALT the flow of contaminated groundwater from BASF North and South Works into the Detroit River. Thus by their inaction and choice to ignore these Court Orders, they passively permit BASF Wyandotte to release Liquid Toxic and Hazardous Waste directly into the Detroit River and Critical Assessment Zone of the City of Wyandotte Drinking Water Intake at approx 60 gallons per minute, 24/7/365, RIGHT NOW as you read this,
By their chosen ignorance and inaction to enforce or acknowledge the violations of Environmental Laws and Court Orders, while collecting taxpayer salaries (many in the 6 figures), it is my opinion that they continue protecting the Polluters ability to pollute and use the River as its Corporate Toxic Waste Dump, instead of the Citizens interest for Clean Water and Environmental Accountability.
BASF is saving approx 25 million dollars per month by releasing 82,000 gallons of Hazardous Waste per day into the Publics River and Wyandottes Drinking Water Intake Critical Assessment Zone.

The following Taxpayer Funded State and Federal Environmental Staff know fully of BASFs release of Toxic Hazardous Waste into the Detroit River and the Critical Assessment Zone (CAZ) of the City of Wyandotte's Drinking Water Intake. These people are aware BASF is exceeding State and Federal Water Quality Criteria, Drinking Water Criteria, as well as 3 Court Orders to halt BASFs groundwater contamination from reaching the Great Lakes in Wyandotte. It is a Felony to know and allow the release of Toxic and/or Hazardous Waste to Public Great Lakes Waters. It is a Felony to violate a Court Order. The Public Trust has been forsaken.
