That's a wrap! Sales are closed for pullet season 2026. Thanks so much for the interest. These are some lucky pullets!
Should you be looking for chicks, there is still some availability in order Filbert, the final order of chick season. And if you're looking for something in between, these 3.5 week old cuties are available now.
Pair 1 - Chocolate Orpington and Cinnamon Queen
This classic duo brings all the brown eggs to the basket. And they're so good looking too! Love the warm brown tones on the chocolate orpington's feathers and the beautiful oranges and reds of the cinnamon queen. This is a friendly and confident pair that will be a great addition to any flock.
Pair 2 - Sapphire Splash and White Americana
This Sapphire Splash is the most outgoing pullet in the pen! No surprise that the shiest pullet in the pen, this sweet, all-white Americana, follows her around constantly. The sapphire splash has a very pretty blue feather base with darker blue spots throughout. The white americana will lay the blue eggs and the blue sapphire splash will lay the brown eggs.
Pair 3 - Orange/blue Americana and Cinnamon Queen
Orange you glad to see this stunning pair?! They bring the outgoing personality to match their sunny feathers. Always up for adventure, these two have been a joy in the pullet pen. Expect some blue eggs from the americana and some brown eggs from the cinnamon queen in approx 10 weeks.
Pair 4 - Pearl Onyx and Barnevelder
This Pearl Onyx is so unique! Check out her extra toes (thanks to her silkie DNA) and glossy white feathers. She doesn't have the dark comb and waddles that some pearl onyx do but her pink comb and waddles match those of her Barnevelder friend. The barnevelder's feathers are just starting to show off their amazing lacing and her dark brown eggs are going to be a fun addition to the egg basket. The pearl onyx will add lots of medium, light brown eggs.
Pair 5- Pearl Onyx and Barnevelder
Yep, same pair of breeds but slightly different coloring. This Pearl Onyx has lots of dark spots amongst her shimmering feathers. The Barnevelder has more of a blue instead of black base with the lacing just starting to show. These cuties will bring dark brown and light brown eggs to the basket and their striking feathers are sure to please!
Pair 6 - Sapphire Splash and Chocolate Orpington
This pair is nothing but sweet! Just look at that chocolate orpington's face! Like most orpingtons, she's calm and easygoing and will lay plenty of brown eggs. The sapphire splash will change with each molt, revealing a new pattern of spots every year. She'll lay lots of large brown eggs.
Trio 1 - Blue Olive Egger, Mottled Java, Blue Olive Egger
Green eggs and coffee! Just like coffee is called java due to it's connection to the island of Java, this is where the Java chicken's ancestors once resided. She's a sweet bird with striking black and white feathers. She'll be a solid winter brown egg layer. Her Blue Olive Egger sisters really bring the dinosaur vibes. Not sure if it's the big eyes or the tiny feather crests giving their heads a unique shape... They are both very curious and outgoing, one is clearly the trio leader, and they both will bring the olive colored eggs to the basket.
Pair 7 - French Black Copper Marans and White Cochin
Thick in the awkward stage of the final swapping out fuzz for feathers, these two are going to be so beautiful! They will both have feathered legs, lightly feathered for the french marans. These cuties are younger than the rest and will be 6.5 weeks old at pickup on May 16th or 17th, reflecting the lower price point. They have fully transitioned to outside life without heat but will need to continue eating starter feed until they are 9 weeks old. The marans will lay dark brown eggs and the cochin will lay light brown eggs.
