We collect Personal information for the sole purpose of undertaking our artistic and administrative operations related to the Festival. This information is obtained in many ways including through our newsletter signup, performer, volunteer and vendor applications:

•  Name and email address for our newsletter

• Performer details submitted through Google Forms (Google’s use of your information is governed by their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

• Volunteer details submitted by email or paper form

• Vendor/stallholder details submitted by email or paper form

• Online ticketing details submitted via our Ticketing Agency (covered by their Privacy Policy)

Our website does not use cookies to collect data however, it does collect some types of non-personally identifying information to provide you with the best online viewing format such as your device type, operating system and browser information. 

Disclosure of Personal Information

We keep your personal information strictly confidential. Your information is used only internally by the committee for planning and management of the Festival. We will not pass on any of your personal information obtained without your consent except in an exceptional circumstance such as:

• Where required to protect any person and/or Fleurieu Folk Festival rights or property; or

• Where authourised or required by law.
