I've been reading a lot of posts lately. Trying to ground myself in JOY and listen to positive messages and I have to say that many of the things I am hearing give me confidence for the world after this is all over.
Sometimes some simple, daily practices can help ground us and shift our mindset. Practice some or all 8 of these daily tasks that can lead to a bit of self love each and every day!
