ENRICHMENT PROGRAM INFORMATION
The Enrichment program is for children between 18 months and five years of age.
We do not require children to be potty-trained for this program.
Snacks are provided by First Steps.
This program runs every morning from 9:00 to 12:00. Classes are broken down by age. Students 18 months - 24 months will be in a classroom with no more than eight children and two teachers; students ages 2 years-5 years old will be in a classroom with no more than 10 children and two teachers. First Steps accepts the first 48 children who enroll for the Enrichment program. Monday, Tuesday, and Friday enrichment are still very small, and will be a learning environment with a broader range in age, but differentiated learning for each age group.
The Enrichment program is a structured play and learn program that focuses mainly on socialization and group time skills. Other focuses include letters, numbers, colors, Bible verses, and developing motor skills through play and crafts.
