I found it difficult to create my lesson plan because it was very different from the Indonesian lesson plan, but my mentor teacher helped me in detail, so I was able to complete it. By remaining flexible and responsive, I adapted my approach in real time to maintain student engagement. This problem-solving strategy prioritizes an effective balance between hands-on exploration and verbal communication, which optimizes the learning experience at UNP Laboratory School.
