FACTION MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY.
Members must follow all standards outlined in the Faction Manual, also referred to as the Standard Operating Procedures, Guidelines, or General Orders. While the Manual cannot address every situation, members are expected to apply its procedures to the best of their ability. Failure to follow these standards and guidelines may result in disciplinary action.
Members assigned to oversee a unit, section, or detail are also responsible for ensuring their duties are carried out in accordance with established standards.
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITY.
Supervisors, or fire officers, are responsible for making sure all rules in the Faction Manual are followed exactly as written. They may clarify or simplify standards, but cannot add to or go beyond them.
CHIEF OFFICER RESPONSIBILITY.
Chief Officers are responsible for ensuring their Division or Bureau complies fully with all standards outlined in the Faction Manual, along with complying with the expected requirements outlined in this manual.
FACTION LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY.
Both the faction and deputy faction lead are responsible for ensuring all future and present SOP/SOG entries are readily up-to-date, and follow compliance with server rules, regulations, and expectations of roleplay.
