we at Implenia promote a culture of speaking out to any form of discrimination or harassment. Any employee can report any breach of Implenia Code of Conduct as well as any applicable laws and regulations. Any employee that speaks out is directly protected as well as extension of this protection is available to members that are close in association such as family members.
