FAB Green Mall

is the only EEWH Diamond-Rated building in northern Taiwan. It is a multi-functional resort that combines leisure, living, dining, accommodations, and interdisciplinary arts. Officially opened in the third quarter of 2019.

Geothermal Energy Development

Our subsidiary, Fabulous Power Co. has been dedicated to the development of geothermal energy for many years. By collaborating closely with outstanding teams from industry, government, academia, and research institutions, we have secured key projects such as the BOT+ROT plan for the Qingshui Geothermal project in Yilan and the demonstration zone project for geothermal power generation at Liuhuangziping in New Taipei City.

With the advancement in technology and material science, we have finally achieved in building close-loop geothermal generators, that is, we are able to generate electricity while leaving behind no pollution.

Systematic preliminary methods

After years of refinement, we have set thorough and extensive procedures before the shovel hits the earth, minimizing the room for errors or waste.

We have also integrated Building Information Modeling into our constructions, forming a reliable basis for decisions throughout the buildings' life spans.
