Sharing cultural traditions with the non-Indigenous community.
Throughout the project, Matt Cranson, host of SudburyTV's The Old Fashioned Way, visited the site and filmed the different stages of the mishoon-making process. He also interviewed Andre for video footage to provide historical context and share more with the audience about the cultural significance of Indigenous traditions.

After the interview, Andre and Hartman were filmed having a free-flowing unscripted discussion. What was said was meaningful and moving, so we are sharing what we were able to record below (the camera battery died before the conversation finished).
