Reflections

In Architectural Design 3, I experienced significant growth in both my design thinking and technical skills. The course challenged me to push the boundaries of creativity while grounding my ideas in practical solutions. One of the key lessons I learned was the importance of context—understanding the site, cultural influences, and environmental factors became central to my design process. I also honed my ability to integrate form and function, ensuring that each design decision contributed to both the aesthetic and usability of the space.

Collaboration played a vital role in this journey, as I worked closely with peers and instructors to refine my ideas. The critiques and feedback sessions were invaluable, providing new perspectives that helped me improve my designs. I also became more proficient in using digital tools to visualize and present my concepts, which enhanced my ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
