Introducing the Executive Officer for the school year 2026-2027, C/LCDR Ramir Javelosa Jr! Being the former Unarmed Drill Team Commander, C/LCDR Javelosa will use his experience and leadership to execute his duties as our new XO. Inside of NJROTC, our XO was also the former JLAB Captain, Honor Guard Member/Secondary Commander,  Cyber Patriot Member, and held multiple leadership positions in the Unarmed Drill Team. Our XO is also active outside of NJROTC, such as: Vice President/Co-Founder of the Friar Service Club, Japanese National Honor Society and National Honor Society Member, and participated in the FDMS Tennis and Track and Field Teams. Outside of FD, he is an active Altar Server and Choir Member at the St. Anthony Parish, Tamuning. C/LCDR Javelosa is a graduate of the Area 22/23 2025 Northwest Leadership Academy, and is  1 / 2 CPR First Aid Instructors in our unit, along with the Commanding Officer.
