PhD thesis submission

If confidentiality was requested (as described here), the standard

"Three CD-ROM copies (...) containing the PhD thesis (“Documento Provisório”) and a Curriculum Vitae up to date;"

Must be replaced by:

a. One copy in CD-ROM (CD cover template), in a format indicated by the academic services, containing the public document of the thesis (“Documento Provisório”) and a Curriculum Vitae up to date;

b. Seven copies in CD-ROM (CD cover template), in a format indicated by the academic services, containing the public document of the thesis (“Documento Provisório” (Provisional Document) version), the “Anexo Confidencial” (Confidential Attachment) for the “Documento Provisório” and a Curriculum Vitae up to date.
