Go to https://ome.fastswims.com.
Navigate to your My Swimmers tab. Click "Add swimmer".
Type in your swimmer's name.
If your swimmer is already in the database, you can select them. If not, click "I can't find my swimmer".
Fill out all of your swimmer's information (gender, date of birth, first name, last name, your swimmer's membership ID/registration number, and team.) Please ensure you are using your swimmer's membership ID, and not your own.
Click "Fetch times". If your swimmer is brand new, they will not have times in the database. If your swimmer should have times in the database, please check their information and try again, or contact us.
Click "Register swimmer". You'll receive confirmation your swimmer has been added to the database.
Go back to the Meets page. Select the meet you want to enter. Click the "Enter meet" button.
Select the events you'd like to enter.
Go down to the bottom and click "Checkout". Check your summary page to ensure everything is correct.
Make sure to acknowledge and click the "no refund policy" checkbox and click "Confirm & pay".
After checking out, you may see your order is processing.
After a page refresh, you should see that your order is confirmed!

Please note, once an entry is paid for, it cannot be removed. Edits can only be made before a meet or session has closed OR if the meet host has enabled edits after close, indicated by an unlocked symbol next to the meet name.

Select the meet you'd like to edit.
You will see the events you have already entered.
Select the event you'd like to edit. It will turn red .

Select the event you'd like to do instead. It will turn green . Click "Checkout".
See your summary. Click "Confirm entries".

Edit your entry time.
Select the checkbox next to the same event underneath it. It will turn blue .
Enter your updated time. Click "Checkout".

You should see an "Entered" badge next to any meet you have athletes entered into. Select the meet you'd like to see entries for.
Click the "Reports" button to see reports of your swimmer's entries (by swimmer or by event).
If the expected time is not auto-populated, you may type in an entry time in the format of mm:ss.hs (minutes, colon, seconds, semicolon, hundredths.)
Our database is populated via results files. It may be that we don't have your LSC's results, or that the results haven't been imported yet. You can check what results we have here. We currently maintain a database of results for Pacific Swimming and Sierra Nevada Swimming.
In many results we are getting from meets set up on a different OME site, some athletes' results have been imported with their old USS IDs (format of MMDDYYFFFMLLLL). Please contact us and we can link this ID to your athlete so their times sync. If they still do not sync, please let us know the specific event, time, and meet and we will look to link more.
The FastSwims system does NOT automatically update entry times. We feel you should have full control over all entry data and will not change anything without consent. If your swimmer swims a faster time between the time of entry and the meet, if the meet is open and/or unlocked, you can update the entry time! See above for how to edit your entry. Otherwise, your swimmer's entry times will remain as they were when they were originally entered.

You will see the events you have already entered.
Click the green "Attached" box to switch it to "Unattached".
The status is immediately saved.
A: No problem! There are no penalties for not showing at the meet, however, we recommend letting your coach know, and checking the meet sheet should there be any specific scratch protocols. If you would like to request a refund, unfortunately every meet sheet states a strict no-refund policy, nor can we transfer funds to another meet or another swimmer. If a refund is vital, please contact the Meet Director, whose contact information can be found on the meet sheet, as they have the authority to grant refunds.
A: No problem! You can now make that change directly in your My Swimmers tab by clicking the ⇄ symbol next to your athlete's name. Please note, this can only be done once every 60 days. If you made a mistake or need to change more often than that, please contact us at support@fastswims.com.
