FastSwims V2!

WOW! Has it been a journey these past 4 years! We have been taking your feedback and have finally finished a complete rebuild of the site to better serve our swimming family! This new site is more stable, has enhanced features, and most importantly, allows us to continue to implement improvements and new tools at a quicker pace.

Here's what you need to know about the launch:

For Everyone

• The new site is located at https://ome.fastswims.com.

• Meets that have already opened will remain on the previous site (the 3/30-4/2 SCY Far Westerns and the 4/21-23 AC CBA+ Meet). There will be a short period that overlap is necessary and we apologize for any confusion this may cause. There will be banners with links to redirect to the other site until April 23rd. After April 23rd, the current site will no longer be active and the URL will direct to the new site.

• You can log in right now! If you have a valid email address and account as of 8:00pm PT March 16th, your login information has been transferred over. If our email service cleaned your email (due to emails bouncing back to us), you will need to create a new account and validate your email address.

• If your athlete has been updated to their SWIMS 3.0 registration number as of 8:00pm PT March 16th, their information has been transferred over. Please re-link them to your "My Swimmers" tab by searching their name and verifying their birth date. If your athlete has not been updated to their SWIMS 3.0 registration number, or you cannot find them, please add them to the database with their new registration number.

• Your email notifications will remain the same, however, we are working on the preferences page for your account, and it will be available shortly. If you would like to edit your preferences before that feature is available, please contact us at support@fastswims.com.

For Coaches

• If you have a valid email address and existing privileges as of 8:00pm PT March 16th, your privileges have been transferred over. If you do not have existing privileges, or do not see your privileges transferred over, please contact us at support@fastswims.com.

• Your team roster should be auto-populated with all swimmers in the database associated with your team. If you need help populating additional rosters, please contact us.

For Meet Hosts

• The new website comes with a new meet setup form. Please bookmark this for future use, or you can always contact us to find it.

• Once we alert you that your meet is ready, you will have much more control over your meet! You can customize your new meet open notifications, control when your meet opens and when the meet open notification goes out, and set and change your auto-close based on timeline directly!

• When your meet is completed, you have access to all of the reports immediately, as well as the ability to request payment when you're ready!
