If you collect entry fees via the system, there is no cost to the meet host! We charge a 6.5% plus $0.75 service fee to entrants.
If entry fees are not collected, we charge a $75 set up fee plus $1.00 per athlete entered.
Email us at support@fastswims.com to request meet host privileges.
Once you receive notification from us, log into your account at https://ome.fastswims.com. You should see a "meet host" badge next to your meet.
Click the name of your meet.
Click "Meet Details".
Go to "Config".
Upload your sanctioned meet sheet.
Write in your meet notes. This should include any entry constraints, special notices for your entrants, and the close date.
Please review the configuration of the meet (entry limits, time standards, etc.)
All timeline monitoring is configured through the Timeline page. You can enter your constraints and set the meet to close automatically after a certain duration, or just monitor on your own. *Please note, meets will not close automatically until the close date unless these are set.
Check or uncheck the box to allow time updates after the meet/session/event is closed. This is set to TRUE by default. If you would like the entry times for your meet to be locked as soon as the meet/session/event closes, please uncheck this box.
Once you are pleased with your Meet Notes, the sanctioned meet sheet is uploaded, any timeline configurations have been added, and you have checked or unchecked the time update box, please click the "open" toggle at the top of the page.
Once the meet is open, a button will appear to send the new meet open notification. This notification is not sent automatically. Please press the button to send the notification at your convenience. *This is disabled for invitationals. Please notify your invited team(s) the meet is ready for entry.
Once your meet has closed, you can pull all reports and request payment on the Reports and Finance report pages.
There are a few places you can contact your users!
At the top of each page for your meet, there is a "Contact all" button. This will contact everyone entered into your meet.
Under the "Sessions" page, you can email all entrants of that session, or all entrants of an individual event.
Under the "Swimmers" page, you can email individual swimmers.
You can also see any emails of your entrants and their coaches under the "Reports" page.
Navigate to the "Swimmers" tab.
Find the swimmer you'd like to refund.
Refund all of their entries, or individual events at a time.
*please note, refunds are permanent, and service fees cannot be refunded.
Navigate to the "Reports" page of your meet.
Select the report you'd like to see.
You can download a .csv file, a .xls file, or show the report directly on the page.
Once your meet closes, navigate to the "Finance report" page of your meet.
If you are sure you are done processing refunds and manual entries, check the box for "I confirm that the meet will no longer be accepting entries via online payment methods, and I can no longer issue refunds."
Click the "Request payment" button.
Download your finance report.
We will send payment via a direct deposit, or check, whatever you have decided!
