How Do I...

Request coach privileges?

Email us at support@fastswims.com to request coach privileges. Please include:

Your email
Your team
The URL of your team's Coaches page. Your email address needs to be directly verifiable with your team's website or on the USA Swimming Find a Team page.

Enter individual swimmers or a roster of swimmers?

Select the meet for which you'd like to enter swimmers.
Click "Enter meet".
Click "Select swimmer".
Select individual swimmers, or entire roster groups.

Enter relays for my team?

Select the meet you'd like to enter.
Click "Enter meet".
Click "Show relays".
Select the relays you'd like to enter, along with their entry times.
The system will automatically populate relay letters (the fastest relay will be 'A', second fastest will be 'B', etc.)

Enter relay-only athletes?

Select the meet for which you'd like to enter relay-only athletes.
Click "Enter meet".
Click "Select swimmer".
Select individual swimmers, or entire roster groups.
Click the button at the bottom of the entry page to enter the swimmer as relay-only.
Continue with all desired relay-only athletes.

Enter with a standardized entry file?

Select the meet you'd like to enter.
Click "Enter meet".
Click "Upload sd3".
The system will check your entry file against the constraints set in the meet. You can reset the entries to try to upload a new file, or you can fix the errors directly in the system.

See my swimmers entered into a meet?

Select the meet for which you'd like to generate reports.
Click the "Reports" button.
Select which report you'd like to see.
Click the button that says "Show report: Entries by ..." for the report you'd like to see.
This will show the report directly on the page. You can also download a .csv file, a .xls file.

Email meet entrants from my team?

Select the meet for which you'd like to contact your swimmers.
Click the "Contact users" button.
Email everyone from your team who is entered, or just swimmers from certain roster groups.

Purchase Coach Credentials?

Select the meet for which you'd like to purchase coach credentials.
Click the button for "Coach credentials" (photo below).
Enter your information. Please be sure to use your entire team code, including LSC code, such as "PCUN" or "SNAAA.
Repeat for all desired credentials.
Check out and pay!

Submit results for meets not in the database?

You can check to see what results have already been submitted here. *The link is also at the bottom of each page, labeled "Past meets".
If your team went to a meet outside of our serviced areas, or you are a meet host with finalized meet results, you can submit them here. *This can also be found by clicking on your profile in the upper right-hand corner and clicking "Import meet results".
