Key Responsibilities:

Serving as team lead in a computational drug discovery project titled “Cheminformatics-based Identification of Estrogen Receptor Alpha (ERα) Inhibitors for Breast Cancer” using NPAtlas (36,500+ compounds).
Performed molecular docking, ADMET analysis, MM-GBSA, DFT studies, and molecular dynamics simulation (RMSD, RMSF, SASA, H-bond analysis, Radius of Gyration, PCA, DCCM, Protein-Ligand contacts) using Desmond to assess the stability and efficacy of selected lead compounds.
Actively involved in an advanced vaccine design project (subunit, mRNA, saRNA) covering:
- Pathogen selection & protein sequence retrieval
- Epitope prediction (CTL, HTL, B-cell), population coverage analysis
- Multi-epitope vaccine construction, structure prediction, disulfide engineering
- Molecular docking, MM-GBSA, codon optimization, in-silico cloning, and immune simulation for mRNA vaccine constructs
Applied computer-aided drug design (CADD) and computational immunology techniques to accelerate drug and vaccine development processes.
Gained extensive experience with bioinformatics tools, cheminformatics software, molecular modeling, and simulation workflows.
