As a Ph.D. student in LDT, my goals are rooted in advancing both academic and professional growth. I aim to contribute to the field by conducting impactful research, developing innovative learning designs, and fostering inclusive educational practices.
My short-term goals include excelling in coursework, refining my research skills, and building a robust professional portfolio that reflects my expertise in instructional design, technology integration, and research methodologies. These efforts will prepare me for key milestones such as the preliminary exams and dissertation.
In the long term, I aim to build experience working in major industries and companies, ultimately leading a team to design and deliver impactful learning experiences.
