I'm a doctoral student in Learning Design and Technology at Purdue University, where my research examines how generative AI can support personalized learning, how we assess AI literacy in higher education, and how learner behavior patterns can inform program design. I bring over a decade of experience as a language educator and teacher trainer across Iran, Turkey, and Canada to my work as a researcher and instructional designer. I'm a research assistant on the NSF-funded DEAP project and an instructional designer for the Educating Character Initiative, where I develop AI literacy modules for undergraduate computing students.
