There are a number of differences between the script and the filmed episode. Possibly some of these things were deleted footage or never filmed.

The student evaluation scenes were improvised, with just basic instructions in the script. The script does have a section for Montgomery's evaluation but that is edited from the episodes. It looks like it was filmed because the opening credit section for P.R. Paul show Montgomery in the teacher's lounge as do the shots for some of the other cast memebrs but P.R's was never seen on screen.
