Original Artist

The song was originally recorded by Tina Turner in 1986 as the B Side to her Typical Male Single. Diane Warren was reportedly disappointed that the song was used as a B side and didn't make Tina's 1986 Break Every Rule Album.

In 1988 Aswad recorded a reggae version of the the song and released it as a single which reached Number One on the U.K. singles chart.

In 1994 Ace of Base released their version of the song as a single, which reached Number Five on the U.K. singles chart.
