Season 5 Opening Titles

There are 2 versions of the season 5 titles and the majority of the clips, with the exception of the individual cast pictures stayed the same as Season 4. However, nearly all the cast clips were updated, some for the first time, with the exception of Ann Nelson's clip, which for some reason stayed the same.

Janet Jackson and Valerie Landsburg had their individual clips removed but both can still be seen clearly in the other clips used, even though they have now left the show.

Loretta Chandler is added to the titles and also re-records the theme song to give us a new tone to the titles.

Half way through the season when Cynthia Gibb and Ken Swofford leave the titles are revamped to add Carrie Hamilton, Page Hannah and Graham Jarvis. At the same time the clip of Derrick Brice dancing is removed and replaced with additional shots of Billy and Gene dancing. The slightly different ordering of the clips pushes the producer credits on to different pictures.

The font used for actors names and production credits is Columbia Serial Xbold.
