PTA Membership and Dues

If you're interested in joining the PTA, the PTA dues are $10/family, and student activity fee ($15/student) support learning and enrichment activities throughout the year. These funds spare DTS families the typical school fundraising efforts like magazine, wrapping paper and cookie dough sales!

Online Registration is now open!

Des Moines Public School's annual update through online registration will open on Monday, July 15, 2019. This mandatory process ensures your student's information and permissions are verified and updated for the 19-20 school year.

Use this link to open the parent portal. If you do not remember your Infinite Campus parent portal password, click here to review how to reset your password.

The district recommends using a desktop computer with Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome as your browser to complete online registration. If you do not have access to a computer or the internet, please visit your student's school building to utilize a computer station.

On Monday, July 15th, you will need to log into your account. Click on the three lines in the upper left hand corner of your app.

Then click on the More link.

Click on the Online Registration link to access the online application.

After clicking on the button, please review the list of student(s) carefully . If you do not see ALL students who live in your home PRIMARILY, please contact the student's school main office BEFORE you begin registration. Non-custodial or secondary parents are not allow to complete online registration.

Parents can register online at home, at your student's school building, or anywhere you can access the internet.

Once you have reviewed and completed your registration, you will click the RED submit button. You will be given several additional links to review at the conclusion of registration, including a link to RevTrak to pay any school fees online.

If you will be enrolling a NEW STUDENT from your family into DMPS for the 19-20 school year, please visit the Welcome Center at 2100 Fleur Drive BEFORE you begin your online registration application. The Welcome Center is available Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding all major holidays.

If your student(s) is entering grades kindergarten, sixth, or ninth grade or your student(s) in ninth or tenth grade will be participating in athletics, you will be required to provide proof of residency. Additionally, if you change your address in the annual update through online registration, you will be required to provide proof of residency. For more information on acceptable proofs of residency, click HERE.
