Scientific circles

Traditionally, in September, the "Financier" academic group at the Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance of the Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University resumed its work. The main purpose of the activity of the "Financier" research group is:

• promotion of raising the level of scientific training of students;

• formation of students' interest and need for scientific research;

• development of students' creative thinking, scientific independence, improvement of internal organization, conscious attitude to learning, deepening and consolidation of knowledge acquired in the learning process.

Any student who successfully mastered the curriculum and has a desire to participate in scientific research work on the subject of the department can become a member of the circle. Members of the circle have the right to participate in planned events of the circle, to receive information about the organization of scientific work of students, to present their works for participation in competitions for the best scientific works of students, to publish the best scientific works and speeches in the publications of the BTNAU and other educational institutions, etc.

Also, during the academic year, they are obliged to regularly attend meetings of the circle, to speak at its meetings, scientific conferences with scientific reports, to carry out the instructions of the leader and coordinators of the circle related to the organization of scientific work, to develop the chosen topic of scientific work, etc.

The main forms of the circle's work are meetings, meetings with leading scientists and practitioners in the field of public finance, banking, insurance and entrepreneurship, participation in scientific and methodological seminars, round tables, conferences and competitions, listening to students' reports on the results of scientific research, discussion of scientific papers recommended for publication, etc.

The group works according to the plan drawn up for the 2018-2019 academic year and approved by the head of the department.

The research work of students is an integral part of the scientific activity of the university and the first stage in the training of scientific personnel. It is one of the important means of improving the quality of training of specialists with higher education, expanding their general and professional outlook.

In order to attract gifted student youth to scientific work, the combination of education and research, two scientific groups operate at the Department of Management: "School of Successful Leadership" and "Manager".

"Manager" is a research group for undergraduate and graduate students led by associate professor O.I. Shemigon.

Tasks of the student research group "Manager":

• expansion and deepening of knowledge, abilities and skills in professional disciplines, which are studied under educational programs "Management" of the first (bachelor's) and second (master's) levels of higher education;

• development of scientific thinking and analytical abilities of students of higher education, their acquisition of scientific and research work skills;

• involving students to participate in scientific and scientific-practical conferences, seminars, round tables and various competitions;

• organization and holding of business meetings, master classes with leading scientists and practitioners in the field of management and administration, representatives of state authorities, business, experts and specialists in the field of traditional and innovative management technologies;

• organization and conduct of educational excursions to get acquainted with the peculiarities of the activities of leading enterprises in the economic sectors, including in the agrarian sphere;

• conducting joint scientific research with the participation of teachers, students and business representatives;

• development of student projects and support for their implementation.

"School of Successful Leadership" is a scientific and practical group for students of 2-4 years under the leadership of associate professor of the Department of Management L.P. Khakhula. and assistant Khakhula B.V.

The "School of Successful Leadership" directs its efforts to the development and improvement of communication and organizational skills of students who are formal and informal leaders of their groups and individual microgroups.

The main goal of the scientific and practical circle is to deepen the theoretical and practical training of students of higher education in the discipline "Leadership and team building", to ensure the formation of soft skills in them, involvement in public work at the faculty, in the university and in the regions of residence.

The main forms of the circle's work are meetings, conducting trainings, meetings with leading scientists and practitioners in the field of management and entrepreneurial activity, participation in scientific and scientific-methodical seminars, round tables, scientific conferences, competitions of scientific papers, etc.

Conducting trainings and meetings with speakers who are leaders and have experience of successful activities.
