The department of foreign economic and investment activities, together with the dean's office of the faculty of economics, expands contacts with foreign educational institutions, scientific institutions, enterprises and professional associations. The students and teachers of our university have ample opportunities for internships and internships abroad, which allows them to acquire knowledge of modern technologies for the development of management practices in the agricultural sector, the organization of production in agricultural enterprises, and to study the cultural traditions of other countries, improve their knowledge of foreign languages.
Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University takes an active part in the European Erasmus+ K1 and Erasmus+ K2 programs.
The Faculty of Economics of the Bilotserk National Agrarian University became a participant in one of the 8 winning projects of the 2019 competition of the EU ERASMUS+ KA2 program "Development of the potential of higher education": the project "Increasing the ability of universities to initiate and participate in the development of clusters based on the principles of innovation and sustainability" (UniClaD ). The Faculty of Economics is currently an interdisciplinary participant of the EU ERASMUS+ KA2 project "Education at the local, national and regional levels on issues of climate maintenance, adaptation to climate change and mitigation of their impact" (ClimEd).
The Faculty of Economics has signed agreements on academic exchange cooperation with such universities as: AfyonKocatepe University (Turkey), OndokuzMayıs University (Turkey), Czech University of Life Sciences, Prague (Czech Republic), University of Debrecen (Hungary), University of Maribor (Slovenia). Faculty and students of the Faculty of Economics are active participants in academic exchanges.
The following programs operate between the Bela Tserka National Agrarian University and partner countries:
1. The Fulbright program, sponsored by the US government, occupies a prominent place in the system of international education. Founded on the idea of interaction and mutual understanding and based on knowledge and respect for the diverse world, it has been successfully operating since 1946, currently in 155 countries of the world. During the existence of the Program in Ukraine — since 1992 — about 900 Ukrainians studied, did internships, and conducted research in the United States; in turn, more than 530 Americans taught in Ukrainian universities and engaged in scientific work.
ANNUAL COMPETITIONS:
● for senior students and university graduates
Fulbright Graduate Student Program: Studying at American universities for one to two years to obtain a master's degree. Senior year students and university graduates can participate in the competition. Applicants must have at least a bachelor's degree at the time of the scholarship award (by May 16 each year).
Fulbright-STEP Program: study at American universities to obtain a master's degree. Project of the US Embassy in Ukraine, the Fulbright Program and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (until May 16 every year).
● for young teachers and researchers
Fulbright Faculty Development Program: Conductingr esearch at US universities lasting from six to nine months. Persons under the age of 40 with two years of professional experience can participate in the competition: teachers; graduate students and researchers who do not yet have a scientific degree; candidates of sciences (no later than 5 years after the defense); administrators of higher educational institutions; employees of research institutions; journalists; specialists in library, museum and archival matters; specialists in the field of culture management; employees of public organizations (until November 1 each year).
● for candidates and doctors of science, researchers and postgraduate students on the eve of the defense
Fulbright Scholar Program: Conducting research at US universities lasting from three to nine months. Candidates and doctors of science can participate in the competition; cultural figures, librarians, journalists and lawyers; researchers without a scientific degree with at least five years of work experience; PhD students on the eve of the defense, who will receive a scientific degree before the start of the grant (by October 15 each year).
● for educational and scientific institutions of Ukraine
U.S. Fulbright Scholar Program: Conducting research at US universities lasting from three to nine months. Candidates and doctors of science can participate in the competition; cultural figures, librarians, journalists and lawyers; researchers without a scientific degree with at least five years of work experience; PhD students on the eve of the defense, who will receive a scientific degree before the start of the grant (by October 15 each year).

2. German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) program named after Helmut Schmidt (master's scholarships in the field of public policy and quality of public administration) is also open to Ukraine. The program offers the opportunity to obtain a master's degree in one of the specialties that are of particular importance for the social, political and economic development of the countries where the scholars come from. Highly qualified graduates with a bachelor's degree in political science, law, economics and management will be able to improve their academic qualifications and receive practical training for future professional activities in their country.
3. Student exchange program with the Pomeranian Academy in Slupsk (Slupsk, Poland). The Pomeranian Academy in Slupsk is a modern university in Poland with more than 40 years of history, located near the Baltic Sea (18 km) in the city of Slupsk. The Academy has three faculties: mathematics and natural sciences, philology and history, pedagogy and philosophy. Students are offered training in 25 specialties and 100 specializations. In 2016, an agreement on the exchange of students, teachers and scientists was concluded between the BSAU and the Pomeranian Academy in Slupsk. In accordance with the terms of the agreement, students of BNA have the opportunity to study at the Pomeranian Academy in Slupsk for 4 months (October-January) in the first semester of 2018-2019. The host party bears the costs of studying and living in a dormitory during the semester.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- tobe a studentof BSAU;
- speak Polish or English at least B1 level.
The Pomeranian Academy (Slupsk, Poland) invites students of Bilotserk National University, and in particular from the Faculty of Economics, to study for one semester, and under the double degree program. Currently, 2 students are studying under the double degree program from 2021.

As part of the agreement on cooperation between the Bilotserk National Agrarian University and the Visegrad Four in the context of the global covid 19 pandemic, a course of online lectures on "International Marketing" by Dr. Nauk prof. OlenaHorska and Doctor of Philosophy Peter ŠenioŠedyk from the Marketing and Trade Department of the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Slovak Agricultural University in Nitra.
