What does a master's graduate need to do immediately after enrollment?
Familiarize yourself with the website of the "Faculty of economics of BTNAU" and the official website of the Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University. All the main news, announcements, class schedule, session schedule, changes, regulatory documents are posted on the website. Personal messages are not carried out.
Familiarize yourself with the regulatory and legal framework that regulates the educational and scientific components of the training of applicants of higher education of the second (educational and scientific) level.
Issue a student card.
Master's students, enrolled in full-time studies under the state order, need to issue a bank card to receive a scholarship. To do this, you need to contact one of the branches of Privat Bank. If you were our student, and you have a scholarship bank card in your hands and it is not closed, you need to go to the accounting department of the university (office 4) for coordination.
Young men must go to the military accounting department (the central building of the university, room 10a) to apply for a postponement of conscription. It is necessary to have a passport, conscript card or military ID and an extract from the order on enrollment in the master's program.
Get to know the head of the graduation department and the curator who will accompany you throughout your master's studies.

Attend classes, pass tests and exams in accordance with the curriculum.
Plan your work for the next year of study. Having developed and approved an individual study plan for training
Keep track of your achievements: periodically update information on publications, participation in conferences, keep all certificates, diplomas and other evidence of your scientific and academic achievements from the beginning of each academic year.
Pay attention!
If you work, and your work coincides with your studies, you must agree on your study schedule with the scientific and pedagogical staff conducting the classes in advance and obtain permission to study on an individual schedule.
If you study according to an individual schedule and send completed assignments to the teacher by e-mail, be sure to check whether the teacher received your assignment. Your success and your scholarship may depend on this.
The master's scholarship is paid only in the absence of academic debt and the fulfillment of an individual work plan.
If you are planning a trip abroad (scientific or educational internship, participation in work seminars, conferences, etc.), then it must be completed in the department of foreign economic and investment activities of the International educational and scientific investment center of the university (central building of the university, phone: +38 04563 5-25-87; E-mail: mignarod@btsau.edu.ua).
Master's students studying at the expense of private individuals should remember that payment in accordance with the agreement must be made before the start of your studies. We are obliged to deduct masters who have not paid for their studies.
