In the modern conditions of the formation of the new economic system of Ukraine, the requirements for the compliance of the level of training of specialists in higher educational institutions with the requirements of employers, for ensuring the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market are increasing. One of the directions for solving this problem is the step-by-step practical training of future specialists with a consistent increase in the level of professional knowledge and practical skills.
9. Methodological guidelines for conducting practical classes and completing independent tasks in the discipline "Anti-crisis activity of the enterprise" for students of the OS "Master" of all forms of education in the specialty 051 "Economics", 2019.
The aggravation of crisis processes at the state level caused a crisis situation at enterprises of various industries. Such a state led not only to sudden drastic negative trends and changes associated with a decrease in production volumes, staff reduction, loss of competitive position on the domestic and foreign markets, but also in some cases to their liquidation.
The main reasons are the lack of experience in the anti-crisis activity of the enterprise and the strategy of the enterprise in crisis conditions. Therefore, the problem of training highly qualified specialists with crisis manager skills is urgent. It is the discipline "Anti-crisis activity of the enterprise" that provides the qualitative training of such specialists to a decisive extent.
The purpose of teaching the discipline "Anti-crisis activity of the enterprise" is the acquisition by students of knowledge about the organization of the activities of enterprises in the conditions of a crisis situation, necessary for practical managerial activities.

The possibility of creation and use of innovation by business entities depends on the general level of scientific and technical development of the country and resource capabilities. The more scientific the idea is, taken as the basis of innovation, the longer its life cycle will be and the greater the effect of its commercialization.
Therefore, the most important task for the modern economy is to acquire knowledge and skills in the field of innovative activity. This is what the program of the course "Economics and organization of innovative activity" is aimed at.
