9. Methodological guidelines for conducting practical classes and completing independent tasks in the discipline "Anti-crisis activity of the enterprise" for students of the OS "Master" of all forms of education in the specialty 051 "Economics", 2019.

The aggravation of crisis processes at the state level caused a crisis situation at enterprises of various industries. Such a state led not only to sudden drastic negative trends and changes associated with a decrease in production volumes, staff reduction, loss of competitive position on the domestic and foreign markets, but also in some cases to their liquidation.

The main reasons are the lack of experience in the anti-crisis activity of the enterprise and the strategy of the enterprise in crisis conditions. Therefore, the problem of training highly qualified specialists with crisis manager skills is urgent. It is the discipline "Anti-crisis activity of the enterprise" that provides the qualitative training of such specialists to a decisive extent.

The purpose of teaching the discipline "Anti-crisis activity of the enterprise" is the acquisition by students of knowledge about the organization of the activities of enterprises in the conditions of a crisis situation, necessary for practical managerial activities.

Competitive advantages are achieved thanks to the introduction of innovations - new methods and means of carrying out production and commercial activities. Entrepreneurial activity is based on a new idea of ​​satisfying consumer demand for certain goods or services. The search for this idea is the reaction of entrepreneurs to the decrease in income from their activities, caused by the saturation of a certain segment of the market with the corresponding goods.

The possibility of creation and use of innovation by business entities depends on the general level of scientific and technical development of the country and resource capabilities. The more scientific the idea is, taken as the basis of innovation, the longer its life cycle will be and the greater the effect of its commercialization.
